If you have specific preferences, please mention them at checkout or email us at info@houseofpollen.co.uk before placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate requests, designs may vary based on seasonal flower availability.
2. Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery within [your delivery area]. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this zone. For long-distance deliveries, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
At the moment, we require all orders to be placed at least 48 hours in advance. However, if you need an urgent delivery, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!
4. Can I request a specific delivery date and time?
Absolutely! You can specify your preferred delivery date and time in the notes section at checkout. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will do our best to deliver within a two-hour window of your selected time.
5. How do you ensure delivery to the recipient?
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we ask that you provide the recipient’s name and contact number at checkout. We will reach out to confirm their availability on the day of delivery. If they are unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule.
6. How can I make my flowers last longer?
To keep your flowers fresh for as long as possible:

Remove packaging and trim the stems at an angle before placing them in fresh, cool water.

7. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, all flower sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@houseofpollen.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery, and we will issue a refund or store credit.
