1. Can I place a custom order?​

Yes! We love creating unique floral arrangements to align with your vision. If you have specific preferences, please mention them in the contact form or email us at info@houseofpollen.co.uk. While we do our best to accommodate requests, designs may vary based on seasonal flower availability.

2. Where do you deliver?

​We offer delivery within the London area, and additional charges will apply for locations outside this zone.

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?

​At the moment, we require all requests to be placed at least 5 business days in advance. However, if you need an urgent delivery, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, subject to fees.

4. Can I request a specific delivery date and time?

​Absolutely! You can specify your preferred delivery date and time in the notes section at checkout. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will do our best to deliver within a two-hour window of your selected time.

5. How do you ensure delivery to the recipient?

​To ensure a smooth delivery process, we ask that you provide the recipient’s name and contact number at checkout. We will reach out to confirm their availability on the day of delivery. If they are unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule.

7. Do you accept returns or refunds?

​Due to the nature of our products, all flower sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@houseofpollen.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
